The best way to get to know someone is through an ice-breaker of some kind.
Game play or interactive competition reveals social and behavioral characteristics that normally don’t emerge in public settings. Best part is, playing games is FUN!
We’ve been brainstorming some ways to use QR code for Game Play. Besides the obvious, check in, or scavenger hunt for QR then scan… what other ways can we use QR to enhance group experience?
I’d love to hear your suggestions on how to reveal personalities and generate some fun by adding QR to game situations.

For an educational program in South Africa, we designed a Peer-to-Peer learning system which has youth compete against within a group and as individuals. Gamers upon finding the solution check in to QR station, then return to previous level to help team members complete. (earning additional points for assisting others)
Teams must unanimously complete each level before they proceed to the next. Teaching is a great way to learn and helps to develop leadership skills. We’re generally more open to learning from a peer and have higher comprehension and recall if lessons are relevant to our demographic, style and interests.
And especially if its fun!
